Weekly diaries
Every team's PM writes one diary a week. It exists for cover: if a PM is off, ill or leaves,
whoever picks the team up can read the week and carry on — live jobs, what's at risk,
who's doing what, and the first things to pick up.
PMs fill theirs in on their own team page in the SOP Hub — open the team,
then Weekly diary → Fill in this week's diary. This board is the read-across for
HR and management.
