Forms

CC forms are built in the form builder and served from our own database — the entry count is real. External ones are still a provider's page framed on our domain, checked live, and their entries stay with the provider. Use Edit questions to change one of ours; an external form's questions are still edited with the provider.

Edit form

The form's address on our own domain: /f/<address>. Lower-case letters, numbers and hyphens. Changing it breaks every link already sent, so it is fixed once a form exists.
Where the form really lives. Must be https — a http form inside our https page is blocked by the browser with nothing a surveyor could act on.
The provider's embeddable variant, when it offers one. Used in preference to the URL above.
Only this team sees it in the app.
Lower comes first.
