Ranked by Quality (0–100, higher is better) — an equal blend of FTR-Yes rate (how often they got it right first time) and error cleanliness (a deduction for issues found, where 1 major = 3 minors per audit). FTR-Yes means the audit was resolved (including minor points the surveyor acknowledged), not necessarily flawless. Audits overturned on appeal count as a clean audit — their issues aren't held against the surveyor — and appear under Appeals. Surveyors with fewer than 20 audits in the period are listed below the ranked board (too few to rank fairly).
