Add to PA Workspace — these need a site visit, so send them to Site Visit Required as “To book in” to be booked in.
Untick for office surveys with no visit to arrange: they go straight to Site Visit Complete as “Incoming” instead of waiting in the booking queue. Contact name, phone and email are not required for these.
