B2C jobs (typically Teams 1 & 9) take payment upfront. This scans the booking calendars for any appointment whose title says “not paid”. Mark each one Dealt with once chased.

Live read of the booking calendars via the portal service account. “Dealt with” is saved in the database, so a chased job stays cleared on the next scan.
