🔁 Elmhurst Transfer
Drop another assessor's Elmhurst Content export (the PDF). The IOE worker on the Mac mini re-keys the
existing dwelling only in our Elmhurst account as a Calculated draft (My Reference
TRANSFER-…) and checks it lands on the
same SAP, EI, fuel bill and CO₂ — so the team can open it and edit it. No measures, no IOE, never lodged. Drop the originator's
RdSAP XML too if you have it: it carries wall thickness, dry-lining and showers, which is where transfers usually come out 2–3 SAP off.
